Equipe recepção super receptiva e pronta para atender, ao chegar o quarto estava com cheiro ruim como se fosse de murinha, não tinha cortina na janela, camas estremamente pequenas usando cama viuva como se fosse de casal onde não cabem duas pessoas, ar condicionado com função de aquecimento mas não funciona e estava muito frio e para piorar a janela não vedava o vento se tornando uma noite quase que insurportavel de permanecer e as cobertas não eram suficientes para suportar o frio, tivemos que vestir agasalhos e toucas para passar a noite, entrava uma luz pelo forro do teto que clareava todo o quarto do painel iluminação externo e ficava piscando alem do barulho do reator da iluminação fazer barulho a noite toda, foi uma noite horrivel depois de viajar por 12h querendo descansar, cafe da manhã bem servido e gostoso, so as louças que não foram bem lavadas primeira xicara que peguei estava ainda com marca de batom e ao trocar a segunda tinha escorrido de cafe seco nela, não recomendo a hospedagem de forma alguma. Obs solicitamos a troca de quarto devido o aquecedor não funcionar e foi relatado que de outros quartos também não funcionam.

Recepção e serviço de arrumação do quarto muito bom, assim como o atendimento do restaurante na hora do cafe perfeito, os funcionários de todos os setores sempre muitos simpáticos. A observação sobre o uso é a falta de aquecimento do ar condicionado e cobertores do tipo que resvala da cama quando você percebe eles estao fora cama.
