Great location near fabulous Stanislaw Square - we stayed overnight driving northern Italy to Calais; our room faced front and with the window open there was quite a lot of noise- not the hotel’s fault but something to bear in mind

Great location in the nice town of Nancy and this historic building could have the potential to be a nice hotel. However there were some aspects that need serious improvement. Although the building is quite monomenyal, for some reason the doors to the coridors are shabby and the suspended ceilings are quite out of place. We were a family of 4 and had 2 rooms. In one room only one of the lights was working ( 3 were defect) the shower floor had clear black marks. The second room with 2 beds had only one pair of towels and although the bathroom seemed to be renovated, there was a bath but only a hand shower, not what people want in 2023. The hotel was also quite noisy. We could hear all noises from the surrprooms. The beds had boarding at the head and foot sides. With 1.85cm I did not really had a comfortable night. Breakfast was minimal ( no youghurt, no fruit). In the end we had the idea that we spent the night in a youth hostel in an o,d building on a good location. With good management and some changes in optics this could be a better hotel.

HĂŽtel trĂšs bien situĂ©, propre et joli mais insonorisation des chambres mĂ©diocre en particulier lorsque les portes claquent toute la nuit. Le moindre bruit dans le couloir est amplifiĂ©. Odeurs de cuisine +++ qui remontent vers 5h du matin via les les conduites de clim dans la chambre. Clim verrouillĂ©e sur off et d’ailleurs le petit dej servi le matin sous la vĂ©randa qui se transforme en sauna, vraiment pas agrĂ©able au point d’écourter le repas. La taille des chambre est petite et pas de mini bar. Pour un 4 Ă©toiles, on y est pas mĂȘme si le tarif Ă©tait correct.

Seuls bĂ©mols: Acces au SPA payant pour les clients et cher. La femme de mĂ©nage n’est pas passĂ©e dans la chambre alors qu’il etait indiquĂ© qu’elle pouvait. Et l’insonorisation n’est pas optimale (ce qui est comprĂ©hensible car le bĂątiment est d’époque)

Le sĂ©jours est trĂšs bien passer, le personnels et au top et d'ailleurs que je remercie, Comme je l’ai dis Ă  l’accueil, dommage il n’y'a pas de service de restauration au moins rapide, sinon rien qui manque, et j’y retournerais sĂ»rement et c'est un hĂŽtel que je recommande. Bra lÀge. Toppen att bilen fick plats precis utanför. OanvÀndbar garderob pga hur dörrarna öppnades. Inga krokar i rummet = opraktiskt. Litet rum, men funkade. Badrummet rymligt och skönt med badkar. Inga som helst grönsaker till frukost (tomat, skivad gurka, smÄ salladsblad, paprikaskivor.)
