This was our second stay at this location and we had a great time. The property is clean, modern and has a resort feel. A great choice for a family, the multiple pools and lazy river were a hit for all myself and my kids. The location is also great, a short distance to plenty of food and attraction options. Best hotel we've stayed at in the area.

We often visit Pigeon Forge and decided to give this new hotel a try. Clean, family friendly, center of everything. Pool stays open until 11pm, which was amazing for the kids after a long day of fun. I honestly think they have sound proof rooms and sliding glass doors to the patio. The quietest hotel we have stayed at for such a busy area. Caribbean resort feel in the mountains. Perfect for the summer vibe.
