It’s a Mexican 4 Star hotel, in the most “Mexican” old school kind of fashion. The interiors are sparse and no frills. No coffee service in the room, very basic soaps and shampoo, concrete floors outside the room are loud. It worked for a night at a good price but I much prefer other options in the area for any longer stay.

Pesimo lugar !

Pesima Experiencia 1. Llegamos a las 2pm al check in Estaban 3 personas en recepción y el hotel solo pero nos dijeron que NO podian hacernos check in hasta las 3 pm, regresamos a las 2:55 pm nuevamente y habia cola de 10 huéspedes aproximadamente esperando que fueran las 3 para que pudieran empezar el check in y en vez de 3 habia solo 2 personas en recepción ... estuvimos 30 min aproximadamente esperando parados ( no habia espacio para sentarse con tanta gente ) para que nos pudieran hacer check in. 2. el colchon muy duro e incomodo y las almohadas super duras deformas e incomodas ... el lugar mas incomodo en donde he dormido en mi vida (termine con dolor de cuello y espalda) 3. Es un lugar pet frendly y nos asignaron una habitación entre 3 cuartos con perros , por lo que no pudimos tener ni un minuto de paz en el día ni en la noche con los perros ladrandoq nuestro alrededor 4. Al llegar preguntamos en recepción si tenían maquina de hielo si no para ir a comprar hielo a un oxxo y nos dijeron que no tenían pero que en el restaurante o en el bar nos daban hielo sin problema .... mas tarde cuando fuimos a solicitar hielo nos dijeron que nos vendian el vaso de 250 ml con hielo a $10 pesos cu ( nunca me habia tocado un hotel tan MISERABLE que te vendan el hielo) 5. Las toallas muy viejas , rasposas y desilachadas 6. Sabanas raposas y viejas 7. Cuarto MUY oscuro sin lamparas y foco que da poca luz

No hagan caso a los malos comentarios, la relación calidad y precio está muy bien. Se entiende que es un hotel no "de paso" pero tampoco un 5 estrellas. Sí hay estacionamiento, el agua de la cascada de la alberca sale caliente y la alberca está bonita. El servicio es cortés y está cerca del cas como a 5 min en auto
