Lobby and general areas were cool and tidy. Our room was kind of small. It did not have a room number. It was just next to sauna, so whenever sauna was on, the room heated as well and smelled like sauna. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious

Room cleaning should be after 3 days, but they did NOT do it. I asked for change towel they gave 2 mores but the trash I had to throw out by myself. After my complaint next day there were cleaning and my new clean towels were removed.

Smidigt att man kunde checka in sig sjÀlv via en Ipad sÄ slapp man vÀnta pÄ alla som gick till receptionen. En hiss var trasig sÄ vi fick ta trapporna till 3e vÄningen. Rummen var lite smÄ men sÀngarna var vÀldigt sköna och bad rummet lite trÄngt men allt var i fint skick. Daglig stÀdning och trevlig stÀdpersonal samt personal i övrigt.

Hotel in posizione centrale e comodo per la metro. Il portone d’ingresso ù un po’ particolare, ma la hall ù curata. Le camere sono piccole ma pulite. Peccato per la moquette, molto sporca rispetto al resto dell’hotel, che invece ù ben tenuto. Personale cordiale e accogliente.
