Good Hotel

The common areas are the main highlight of the hotel, with an oceanfront location, a large deck overlooking the sea, and bungalows in sunbathing areas. The pool is also good. However, the room, at least mine, deserves some attention and refurbishment.

Awful, bad service, bad food, very disorganized

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

O hotel parece ser antigo, estava receosa, mas está muito bem conservado, organizado, limpo. Boa manutenção. Bem cuidado. O quarto muito aconchegante, grande, o visual em frente à praia maravilhoso. Espaço do hotel no entorno das piscinas muito bom. Principalmente para casais. Para o dia é perfeito, pois está em frente a ótima praia. é necessário transporte para ir ao centrinho.

Hotel esta muito bem conservado e os quartos foram renovados. Quartos espaçosos e banheiro muito bom. Roupa de cama de otima qualidade, bem macia e travesseiros muito confortaveis. Hotel com muitos bares e beach clubes proximos Unica coisa que achei que poderia melhorar , seria o Hotel disponibilizar uma van para levar os hospedes a cidade pois o Hotel fica afastado e a unica opçao, é ir de taxi que tem um preço bem caro. O espaço externo , restaurante e atendimento dos garçons sao excelentes. Os quartos sao amplos e clean,porem nos banheiros faltam acessorios para pendurar roupas e toalhas e necessita de prateleiras para acomodar itens pessoais como necessaires,secador,etc... Permitem pets,porem tivemos o incoveniente de encontrar fezes com moscas nas escadas do quarto com muita lentidao para a limpeza.
