Estadia em casal

Viagem em casal. Curtimos muito nossa estadia no resort, tem uma estrutura boa, café da manhã e janta bem completos. Entretanto, tivemos apenas uma experiência negativa com a questão da limpeza, comparado há outros hotéis que já nos hospedamos. Fomos para o quarto às 14h, depois de ter curtido bastante as experiências do hotel, e para a nossa surpresa, o quarto não estava limpo ainda. Então, fomos descansar. Nisso começam a bater na porta, tocar campainha e tentar abrir a porta. Informei se podiam voltar daqui a pouco, pois tínhamos acabado de subir e íamos tomar banho. E assim foi, tomamos banho e saímos, antes das 15h. Retornamos para o quarto às 16:10 imaginando que o quarto já estaria limpo. Como iríamos sair para assistir o jogo no castelão, voltamos para o quarto e trocamos de roupa, e novamente fomos surpreendidos por um barulho na porta, informando que era da limpeza. Informei que estava colocando os sapatos e se podiam retornar em 3min. A moça respondeu que não, pois já se passava das 16h e precisava limpar o quarto. E assim foi, enquanto eu colocava os sapatos, ela foi limpando o banheiro. Achei bem deselegante a abordagem, pois nunca fui em um hotel para a limpeza do quarto ocorrer tão tarde e desta forma.

Hotel icônico pelos “canais navegáveis”, pé na areia, mar de água morna, praia quase deserta, Guarda Vidas do hotel focado no trabalho, quarto amplo para 3 adultos e pia dupla no banheiro. Local e estrutura muito agradável. Oportunidade: (1) requer melhorias no tempero da comida, onde até falamos com o Chef, e houve significativa melhora na refeição seguinte. (2) horários para retirada/troca de toalhas de praia precisa ser ampliado. Ponto forte: (1) carinho e atenção das camareiras na limpeza e organização do quarto. (2) atenção e simpatia da Suze (Relações com Hóspedes) foi um destaque positivo e novidade. Não esquecendo do excelente custo benefício que foi comprar essa hospedagem pelo Hotéis.com.

Funcionários simpáticos, atenciosos. Boa estrutura de piscina e praia. O quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, o banheiro era mal ventilado e, como o box não fecha por completo, acaba molhando. Hospedar-se nos bangalôs é uma boa experiência mas nos quartos comuns achei antigos para a estrutura do hotel.

Atendimento dos funcionarios é muito bom. Acomodação razoavel, pode ser mais bem cuidada e melhor, considerando o valor cobrado. Limpeza do quarto é boa, das areas comuns pode ser melhor, da piscina tem que melhorar. Alimentação pode melhorar muuuuiiiiitooooo. Cardápio muito repetitivo em todas as refeiçoes, sem variedade e diversificação, sem algo diferenciado, sem graça. Drinks muito ruins e mal feitos, e caros tambem. Em questão de valores de bebidas, drinks, porções e alimentos todos, pelo que é oferecido, são muito caros. creio que aproveitam por ser um local mais isolado e nao tem outras opcoes viaveis.
