Extremely dirty, no solution from the front desk. Some maintenance problems in rooms (leaks, paint) Loud karaoke next door until midnight. Convenient location. I would not stay there again even if the price is good.

This hotel is not as represented by the pictures on Expedia. All of the equipment in the gym was nonfunctional, some in pieces on the floor. The curtains in my room had hiles in them, and we're falling off the rods. The elevator did not work for my entire stay, and staff informed me that it had not worked for a long time. Some of the room numbers on the doors we're falling off. The walls in my room had foot prints on them. This hotel needs to be demolished or complete gutted.

The hotel lacks a good conduct of hospitality and service. The problems started with check in. The front desk attendant would not admit us at check in time. Her reasoning was that the 2 double bed room was booked under my name and not for a second adult. The hotel rules clearly state “Base rate is for 2 guests”. The attendant demanded an extra charge or a bribe to allow both of us to use the 2 double beds. I contacted hotels.com and they made several unsuccessful attempts in several hours to contact the property. I was left without the room I paid for because the hotel would not honor the written rules of their own agreement. Do not book. Hotel Embajadores does not make their guests feel welcome.

No me gusto para nada el trato del personal, nos hacían caras cuando les hablabamos y no nos querían ni explicar nada, paso que al hacer check-in le preguntamos al muchacho porque un estacionamiento cerca donde dejar el coche ya que según la pagina dice que hay estacionamiento pero no dice que sea limitado y cuando llegamos nos dijo que es bajo reserva y le pedimos que nos dijera donde hay entonces y nos decía que no sabía y llegaron unos extranjeros piel blanca y a ellos les explico hasta mas detallado lo que pidieron, luego en la tarde a la muchacha le volvimos a mencionar del estacionamiento y con mala cara nos dijo que según teniamos que avisar cuando llegaramos para que lo aparten y eso hicimos pero no nos quisieron explicar nada, luego al último día salimos a desayunar y nos avisan 5 minutos antes que se diera el check-out me marcan y me dicen que en 5 minutos hay que desocupar la habitación y que si no lo hacemos son $350 de multa, fuimos corriendo al hotel y en sus radios entre ellos hablaban de que si aún no hemos desocupado la habitación, esa es la primera vez que nos tratan así en un hotel y de verdad que mala onda que a los extranjeros y a la gente que va bien vestida hasta les expliquen y les atiendan mejor que a uno que llega cansado y desarreglado por un viaje de muchas horas

En términos generales la estancia no fue lo que esperábamos. Desde el primer día que llegamos al realizar el Check In, la recepcionista en turno se mostro con muy mala actitud, no se si estaba realizando alguna actividad que no permitía realizar el registro o que haya sido. Continuando no se nos permitió acceder antes de la hora, lo cual es comprensible por sus políticas, salimos a conocer la ciudad y regresamos a la hora marcada y aun no tenían la habitación lista, estuvieron radiando entre los empleados cual estaba y cual no hasta que confirmaron que la 212 estaba lista. Subimos y nos encontramos un olor desagradable a drenaje y suciedad, lo tomamos de la mejor manera pensando que era por falta de uso o algo así y no reportamos a la administración, posteriormente nos dimos cuenta que es un problema recurrente puesto que las coladeras están tapadas con plásticos. En cuanto a la limpieza, solo se tendían camas y cambiaban toallas ya que no trapeaban y en dos ocasiones no pusieron toallas completas ni suministraron artículos de limpieza y papel. En cuanto al estacionamiento, también se tuvo problema ya que no me permitieron el acceso aun y cuando llevaba el ticket que la recepción me dio y lo deje en la rampa y una vez estando ahí me hablaron de recepción que lo llevara al estacionamiento, así que no existe una coordinación por ambas partes. Esperemos tengan oportunidad de atender estas áreas de oportunidad para que en las futuras estancias se pueda tener una mejor experiencia

El check-in fue muy tardado, los jovenes del mostrador eran groseros y no respondian a mis preguntas, la habitacion en general estaba limpia, al entrar olía demasiado a cloro, por lo que pensé que estaba muy limpio, sin embargo el baño, las puertas del baño, el lavabo, el espejo, el burro de planchar estaban extremandamente sucios, se notaba que hicieron una limpieza poco cuidada y rápida, y sin esmero.
