Rooms are good and well maintained. However bathrooms could have been a lot better. The golf cart ride services could have been more frequent.

It’s on steep , it’s hard to walk for old people. There is a short cut stairs as well. But again it’s hard for knee pain.
Location very near. But steep. No golf cars.

Hotel is located close to Haram not suitable for people with walking issue or with wheelchair, as the hotel is on steep hill. Hotel provides buggy but at prayer time it is very difficult. The hotel itself is very nice and clean

I like the staffs at this facility. They are very professional and helpful especially the male staff that helped me checked in the day I arrived, around 1am. He was the manager on duty that morning. Excellent services.

The least hotel could have done is provide golf cart service to and from haraam.

Location is fine but the terrain slope is bit dangerous to reach hotel. They have not even inform at reception about their shuttle service if any to Haram. Those who have acute leg pains should avoid it or make sure, hotel provide transport.

Walkable distance to haram ( you need to do down a steep stairs which is fine for young people, elderly can use a golf car )
There's noise from air conditioner chillers opposite to the hotel
I think I will repeat my reservation as the price is relatively good compared to the distance you need to walk to the Haram

This was a very bad experience for us. We had to leave early and didn’t complete our stay. The first room we were given was extremely dirty and smelly, with ongoing construction work on the same floor. After complaining to the staff, they changed our room, which was slightly better.
The carpets in the rooms are filthy—you can’t even pray on them—and the bathroom was broken. On top of that, the internet service was terrible. While the staff tried to help, there wasn’t much they could do, as the overall hotel amenities are dreadful.
The hotel is located on a steep incline, making it difficult to go to Al-Haram and back. The shuttle service was a joke and not reliable. I would not recommend staying here at all.

No service was available, No view. Rooms are very old fashioned,, it needs lots of renovation. Breakfast buffet set up was there but breakfast not available. Pay 35SAR cash and get egg and bread with coffee. Resturant was look like nobody ever sit here.
The gotel is situated on hill, they golf cart to take people down and up. But cart never moved, when i asked bellboy to drop me downhill, he said not allowed. I asked why do you have this? Sometimes Bellboy drives that cart to move the people but not often or as you required. Same as uphill. So walk is tough to do.
If you miss housekeeping then you have to wait next day and even you wont get water bottle
