Hotel, is beautiful the rooms are modern and clean. The Starbuck in the lobby is great. There are small shops and restaurants at the back. It was a great place to stay for a business trip and a short drive to Kintex where I was working. Would definitely recommend and return if I am working nearby again. Staff were lovely and helpful too, check in and check out very easy.

Excellent hotel to stay. Staff members are super nice and friendly. All amenities worked flawlessly. The view is incredible from the room we’ve stayed. Couldn’t asked for a better hotel options. Well done Sono Calm. Highly recommend staying here when in Korea.

The room was comfortable and the fridge was stocked with a couple of beers and cold drinks ( free ). However the beds were too small . Other than that everything was great. We Stayed in the west tower but felt that the east tower was relatively new n fresh.

일산에서 1박 하게 되어 예약한 방. <장점> 1.작은 거실을 사이로 두 개의 방이 있어서 아이가 있는 두 가족이 머물기 좋았음. 2.아기침대, 아기욕조 등 아기케어를 위한 물품 대여도 훌륭한 편. 3.아쉬운 점은 있었지만 전체적인 룸 컨디션 준수함. <단점> 1.체크인,뷔페,수유실 등 모두 east동에 위치하고 있어서.. west에 머문 사람 입장에서는 불편. 2.더블베드 있는 방 화장실 악취문제. 3.싱글베드2 있는 방은 에어컨 관리가 잘 안된건지.. 틀었을 때 빨래 덜 마른 냄새가 났음. 4.(이게 대박인게... 이 경험으로 소노캄에 다시는 묶고 싶지 않다는 생각을 했음) 우리가 머문 첫 날 오후, 축구 국가대표팀이 호텔에 머물렀는데..이를 위해 호텔 측에서 엘레베이터 4개 중 2개를 통제했음. 이 때문에 내려가고 올라갈 때 일반 숙박객들은 엄청난 기다림을 감수해야만 했는데... 사전에 어떤 공지나 양해도 없이 일반 가족단위는 물론 타국 단체 관광객들 모두 이유도 모르고 긴 줄을 서고 엘리베이터를 타야했음...기본 10분~20분 기다려야하니 편의점 하나도 쉬이 가지 못하고.. 편안하게 보내고자 한 숙소에서 쉽게 나설수도 숙소까지 쉽게 올라갈 수 없었음.. 직원들은 하나같이 문제해결 의지도 없고, 애초 이런 불편은 전혀 예상 못했다면서..이제 다들 자는 밤이니 불편이 차차 나아질 거라는..황당한 이야기만 하는데... 너무 실망스러웠고 불쾌했음. 어찌나 대응이 답답하고 무기력한지...이 크고 높은 호텔 내에서...혹여나 응급상황 발생하면 어쩌려고 대책도 공지도 없이 엘리베이터를 통제하고...일반 숙박객들의 편의는 개무시를 하는지... 다시는 고양 소노캄... 머물고 싶지 않음. 더 나아가 대명소노그룹의 기본적인 방침이 이렇다면 소노캄이든 소노벨이든...이 호텔&리조트는 피하는 게 최선일 듯.

킨텍스에서 진행하는 행사때문에 근처 숙소 찾다가 소노캄 고양 이번에 처음 이용하게 되었는데 제가 호텔 몇군데 이용해본곳중에 진짜 편하게 쉬다온 곳 같아요 !! 룸서비스도 맛있었구 (다만 전달해주시는 과정에서 설명 대충하고 너무 빨리 놓고 그냥 나가시려는 느낌이 들어서 이부분은 조금 아쉬웠어요,,) 그래도 숙박이용 추천 드립니다 :)
