We arrived via rideshare. Perhaps add in information to your welcome emails on how to navigate from the parking garage (ride share drop off), to the check-in desk. Individual soaps, shampoo/conditioner, lotions are a nice touch, however, are rather wasteful (not eco-friendly). The surprise birthday bubbly wine was a very wonderful unexpected gift. Overall, the hotel and aesthetic was amazing. However, my only note would be that we had to keep coming back to the front desk to deal with issues regarding our key cards or Wi-Fi or credit card info. We only stayed for two nights and never experienced that at any other hotel, but other than that it was a fabulous experience.
