Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Faltam tomadas nas A mesinhas ao lado da cama, necessita de iluminação mais forte e central no quarto, box mal localizado com a porta do banheiro batendo no blindex, atendimento dos fucionários e localização excelentes. Destaque para os vallets, muito eficientes, atenciosos e gentis. Ressalvando esses pontos iniciais, a estadia foi excente.

Excelente em quase todos aspectos apenas achamos que o café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Quanto aos funcionários só temos a elogiar sempre prontos a atender. E o sistema de estacionamento que é fora do hotel faz inveja a muitos hotéis que ainda não perceberam a importância de estacionamento para quem vem de longe. Parabéns.

Inseguro.

O hotel tem um elevador logo após a porta de entrada, antes da recepção. Durante a noite é possível entrar nos andares, onde estão os quartos sem passar por ninguém, não tem segurança na entrada. No nosso quarto, durante a madrugada do domingo de carnaval, foi tentado abrir a porta, forçando a fechadura.
