I wanted to like this hotel, especially knowing the owner seems to be doing his best with limited resources, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.
The building is old, under construction, and very run down. While my room was relatively clean, it had a mild stench, and the hallways were noticeably dirty. The parking lot was rough, unpaved, and littered, with cigarette butts scattered near the entrance—not a welcoming first impression.
The indoor pool was filthy, the hot tub didn’t work, and the exercise equipment was outdated and barely functional. The free breakfast offered mostly high-sugar, high-carb options—think packaged pastries and sugary cereal—with nothing fresh available.
To the owner’s credit, there are small signs of effort to make guests more comfortable, but it's just not enough to overcome the overall condition of the property.
With limited options in the area, this might be a last resort—but for the money, I’d recommend staying elsewhere if you can.
