We found the room and common areas to be dirty and probably because of the location, everything felt damp. Not really a place for couples.

It was pretty nice… right across from the beach. The hotel staff looked at me like I had 3 heads when I asked if they have any toothpaste paste because I forgot mine. They should have basic items like this at least for sale in a town like this where stores are few and far between.

Another successful stay at the Anchorage. I tend to come during off season so there is always a plethora of work being done to get ready for the summer season. But everyone always is respectful, kind, and stays as out of the way and non disruptive as possible. Rooms are tidy. Amazing views.
