Room was a bit dusty when we arrived. This property shows some wear, but the staff were friendly and efficient. The kitchenette area was nice with a good sized mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh cooked eggs and French toast. Location was great for visiting the National Monument.

Flat pillows, lumpy mattress…didn’t sleep well. Had to call for service at check in, but didn’t wait long. Once staff arrived, she was very friendly and helpful!

Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel is old and outdated, even has popcorn ceilings. Bedsheets, bathroom, carpets, etc are all old and worn out. This hotel needs a SERIOUS renovation. Couldn't figure out how to get the shower to work so my wife and I were stuck taking baths instead. Breakfast was disappointing, mainly because I don't think they had the staffing necessary. Tables weren't being wiped down, food wasn't being replenished, I think they even ran out of silverware at one point. No one was at the front desk when we wanted to check out, so we just left our room keys on the counter and left. Only stayed one night, and I'm glad we didn't need to stay longer than that.

We got into town and checked in at 9:30pm, the bed’s had black hair on it from the previous person or the bedding was not cleaned well. The beds were very uncomfortable, there was not enough pills on the bed for everyone to have one.

they charged more for the room to our credit card than hotels.com said they were supposed to charge without our permission it was there hospitality fee and refused to make it right. Will never stay t this thieving motel again
