The hotel was super clean and the indoor pool areas were perfect for kids, especially young ones. The property seems well maintained and staff was nice. My only 2 complaints would be that the hallways smelled terrible of pot. We unfortunately booked our vacation the same weekend as automotion, so I'm not sure if it was from that or if it always has that problem. Our other complaint is the beds were horrible and we both woke up with bad back pain both mornings we were there. But, all in all the place was well maintained and our young kids loved the indoor pools. I do wish they had offered breakfast, but wasn't a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff that checked us in was very friendly. The staff member who checked us out was very rude. Some people should not work in customer service.

My 6 year old had a blast at this hotel! Loved both of the pools- I was very happy with the hotel itself overall however front desk was not the friendliest when checking in. My biggest complaint was how thin the walls are.. from 2 am to 4 am our neighbors were fighting and woke my family up then they decided to “make up” so that was wonderful to listen to- I know this is completely out of the hotels control just stating my experience.

Clean property, friendly staff, good amenities for the price, and allowed for early check-in at no additional cost. The jacuzzi tub made for a relaxing weekend getaway. Had a bit of trouble locating the entrance, as did a delivery driver—be sure to check the street view on Google maps for easier entry. They may benefit from improved signage. Overall, an experience I highly recommend!

Great price for the Dells and a perfect hotel for littles. The water park was well maintained and very clean and a huge hit with my almost two year old. They also had another pool in a separate area of the hotel. Our room was clean but the bed was a bit too firm for our liking. All in all, excellent place to take young kids if staying in the Dells!
