One thing that was amazing was the staff...who did all possible to ensure we have a pleasant stay...Jean Pascal, and the other Jean were very supportive. Two things made my stay not so good: internet was weak and i had to buy a mobile router to hold my zoom calls. And the room key system was a failure. I had chosen this Hotel for the first stile for myself and my staff but my staff was so much unpleased that i cannot recommend this for a future stay. Personally, i may still come back because the welcoming, availability and support from the staff.

Un grand BRAVO et Merci au conducteur de la navette qui a attendu longtemps avant de me rĂ©cupĂ©rer Ă  l’aĂ©roport NSIMALEN. L’hĂŽtel avait oubliĂ© de prendre en compte ma demande par mail (2 mois avant) pour une suite au 8Ăšme Ă©tage - Cela a pu ĂȘtre traitĂ© Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Je n’ai jamais rĂ©ussi Ă  joindre l’hĂŽtel par tĂ©lĂ©phone depuis la France (au moins 12 tentatives sur 2 mois), la ligne est opĂ©rationnelle car les personnes de la rĂ©ception dĂ©crochent, mais elles raccrochent trĂšs rapidement – Comme si elles n’entendaient pas leur interlocuteur (Alors que je les entendais trĂšs bien). La rĂ©ception et le bar de l’hĂŽtel ne sont plus climatisĂ©s, les portes coulissantes de l’entrĂ©e restent ouvertes et la tempĂ©rature avoisine les 25°. Globalement l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs propre. Les 2 piĂšces de la suite sont Ă©quipĂ©es d’un tĂ©lĂ©viseur et climatisĂ©es – Le climatiseur du salon ne fonctionne pas nominalement – Ce point a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© Ă  la rĂ©ception dĂšs le lendemain de mon arrivĂ©e ; un technicien a affirmĂ© que la tempĂ©rature Ă©tait glaciale (Nous n’avons donc pas les mĂȘmes rĂ©fĂ©rences). La chambre est propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur n’était pas branchĂ©, et qui ne pouvait l’ĂȘtre sans dĂ©placer le meuble qui le contient. Par l a suite il s’est avĂ©rĂ© incapable de faire du froid. Le concept et les moyens de la salle de bain date des annĂ©es 1980, mais tout est fonctionnel. L’isolation phonique des chambres doit ĂȘtre revue (Rien n’a vraiment changĂ© depuis 8 ans que je frĂ©quente cet Ă©tablissement). Il faut sa

This was just an ok hotel. The positive thing is that it is nicely located not too far from downtown and there is a park around the corner. That being said, the following things were a bit problematic. 1. Breakfast options were limited and on the first morning of breakfast, I noticed a couple cockroaches running along the buffet counter. 2. The shower pressure was not very good. 3. After the toilet was flushed, water seeped out from underneath the toilet and ran to the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. 4. I requested help with a PCR test to return home which the front desk gentleman obliged to do by calling someone to come to the hotel to assist. I was charged 25,000 CFA for the test with no receipt given, even though I asked.

I was positively surprised by the friendly service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was quiet (facing the inner court yard) and the bed comfy. The toilet would need some repairs (water leaking), but overall I had a good stay. The hotel is located in the business centre of the city. Busy during day time, but quiet at night. For moving around, we appreciated the taxi service from the hotel.
