Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. O hotel em si tem uma estrutura maravilhosa, porĂ©m apresenta sinais de decadĂȘncia. Parece um hotel que jĂĄ foi muito luxuoso e perdeu a qualidade e vĂĄrios aspectos. Por exemplo, na chegada, vocĂȘ tem que estacionar o carro na frente da entrada, fazer check in, depois voltar e estacionar o carro no estacionamento, que nĂŁo Ă© tĂŁo perto. Deveria ter vallet, hotĂ©is muito mais simples possuem este serviço. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© bom, mas nada demais. Muito longe do que eu imaginava ser o cafĂ© em um castelo, copo americano, guardapo de papel mais barato, achei que pecaram muito. Sem contar o ambiente do restaurante, tumultuado de mĂłveis e freezers sem utilização, passando aspecto de botequim. Jantei no restaurante, o atendimento muito ruim e pedi a carne muito bem passada e ela veio cria, sem uma apresentação diferente, em baixelas comuns. NĂŁo Ă© que seja ruim, mas nĂŁo Ă© condizente com o preço e nĂŁo faz jus Ă  expectativa de um castelo.

O espaço com a história intrínseca esse é lindo mas fiquei insatisfeita com o colchão que afundou, com a banheira que era desconfortåvel e fraca. Mas o que fiquei mais decepcionada foi com o convite que foi feito para um clube vip que a pessoa que me convidou estava no local onde marcou e quando fui encaminhada pela recepção para o local onde aconteceria uma apresentação, ao chegar falaram que eu teria que esperar uns 30 minutos. Avisei que iria embora 12h e então escolhi o horårio das 10:30. Acabei perdendo minha manhã pois me programei para o encontro. Achei uma forma muito desrespeitosa de tratar um hóspede. Isso denigre a imagem do estabelecimento.

Sempre uma otima estadia . O Castelo e muito bonito , assim como sua estrutura . Possui sauna , piscina e hidro. Um otimo cafe da manha . Tambem o hospede pode usar os outros dois hoteis , Bomtempo I e II , alem do parque anexo ao Castelo.

Hotel na média. Arquitetura interessante. Um pouco distante do centro comercial de Petrópolis. Quarto pequeno e pouco iluminado. O ar gelou bem, a tv com boas opçÔes de canais e o chuveiro tudo ok. Café da manhã super båsico para a fama do hotel. No checkout tentaram aplicar uma taxa de quase 80,00 que eu nem do que era... não paguei.

Quarto pequeno, não tinha um espelho de tamanho grande, o que tinha estava pendurado em um local onde só dava para ver nossas pernas, só tinha um basculante no quarto , não tinha janela ,iluminação péssima, banheiro escuro , pequeno , pia bem pequena, funcionårios nada solícitos.
