two nights in tent

Tropical temperatur, and no AC. There was also some noice in the night. If there is a next time I will not choose tent. Both the stay and everyting you needed to buy was expencive.

Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious.

Swimming facilities are excellent. Although the lack of food options could be better. Very expensive to dine. No kids option for the buffet dinner, and not much vegetarian options for main meal. Overall a very pricey buffet dinner at sawadee.

Terrible experience

It was a very bad experience at every stage. We waited in line for a long time at the entrance. We were not informed enough about the facility. We had difficulty finding the room we would stay in. The luggage cabinets were too small, our luggage did not fit. When we entered the room, there were a few belongings of previous guests and no towels in the room. We talked about the situation, but 2 hours later the problem was still not solved. Finally, I went to the reception, which was very far from our room, and by speaking to another disinterested, sullen employee, we were able to get 4 small hand towels. We were literally disgraced in a place where we paid a lot of money to stay. The pools were mediocre, it was difficult to find empty sunbeds, food and drink were mediocre. You feel cold after getting out of the pool, the temperature is not enough. The radiators in the corridor as we entered the room were not working and it was very cold. We asked for a taxi at the check-out and they gave us a small piece of paper with 4 mobile phone numbers written on it. We searched and struggled to find a driver. It wasn't a holiday, it was a nightmare. I will never go there again. I also don't recommend it to anyone.

Mega fedt, og meget federe og sjovere end, vi havde forventet👌 Jeg havde en dreng med på 12 år og en datter på 13 år. De syntes at det var total fedt. Vi boede på hotellet og værelserne var meget rummelig, fede og hyggelige. Vi brugte også badelandet til sent. Mine teenagere syntes at det var fedt. Morgenmaden var inkluderet og var over alt forventning. Vi spise thaimad, hvilket var lækkert. Mine børn giver det 9,3 stjerner ✨ ud af 10. De har rejst en del. Jeg som forældre var også mega overrasket, trods jeg var lidt skeptisk ved stedet. Fedt sted. Med kæmpe sommerfugle, flamingoer og masser af rutsjebaner.
