Breakfast buffet starts at 7am . But when arr there at 07:10 , some food still cold even it were on the heat plate! I stayed there 4 nights ! Every morning same happened.

Excellent hotel for single travellers and families

The location is excellent — just a few mins walk from Formosa Boulevard Station and Liuhe Night Market, and the famous hotpot restaurant “Ding Wang” and a sizeable supermarket is just across the street. The room (executive) is very spacious (though not luxurious), and extremely clean and functional. The breakfast is nice and fresh. I hope the hotel can offer more choices of pillows such as contours ones in future.

Exceptional services. I had some excess baggage that needed to be packed into a separate carton. The front desk staff went extra and beyond to find a right-sized box for me and did beautiful packing. Clean, Comfortable, and Central

We got the Deluxe Room (King) - the room was exactly like the picture. Very spacious, loved the separated room between the toilet and the shower/tub area! Also, really appreciated all the sitting area. 2 elevators to bring you up to the guest rooms. Very nice lobby and cafe (a little more pricy though). Breakfast was included in our package, and it is located on the 2F at the Veggie Buffet Restaurant. It was a nice spread of breakfast foods (American and Asian style). My favorite was the meat bun, fresh fruits, and the scrambled eggs (fresh, runny and fluffy). They had a lot of options, and I tried a bit of everything (they even had hot soupy noodles & an espresso machine). Didn't hear much noise throughout the night, mattress was comfortable, and loved how the hotels always provide 2 bottles of water per night (you can always ask for more). The location is like 10 min walking distance from Kaohsiung Main Station to Hotel (you have to cross some big main intersections), and it is about a 7 min walk to Formosa Blvd Station (which I found myself gravitating to go to so I didn't have to deal with the chaos of KMS.) Late night eats, if you go downstairs and turn left, there's an amazing Seafood (primarily Shrimp) restaurant that is open until 2am about 1 min away. The Liuhe night market is about 10 min walk away and Ruifeng Night Market is a couple stations away but close enough!
