Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location

The hosts were friendly and welcoming in this conveniently located guest house. The town centre was only about a 10 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car in their (free) car park and visit the sights. Our room was well equipped, clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and of good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was pristine clean. The breakfast was excellent, I am a healthy muesli, yogurt, fruit, nuts person and the choice was better than I had anywhere else. My husband on the other hand tucked into a filling and delicious cooked breakfast. The coffee machine choices were amazing. When we return to Stratford we won't look anywhere else.

Good service, comfortable and clean rooms, breakfast service was quick and friendly. Front door is very heavy, would be easier to open with a handle on the inside. Conveniently located, a short, approximately 15-20 minute, walk into Stratford. All in all a good stay.

Martin was an amazing host. We arrived later in the evening, after a long drive from Heathrow, and it was nice to see a smiling face. Cozy room and so quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and cooked to order. Early morning walk across the park to the town was the best way to start our vacation. Two nights of Bliss, Thank you Martin and Maria!

Wonderful place to stay

A Wonderful place to stay , From the minute we walked in we were made extremely welcome by Maria. Our room 7 was simply perfect , & spotlessly clean, lots of lovely little extras, Such as bottled water, chocolate mints , plenty of tea/ coffee etc ,Fresh milk was also available which is a massive tick as I dislike the UHT ,Quality toiletries. Breakfast was superb I had my favourite scrambled eggs & smoked salmon , cooked just the way I like it, upon request ! A lovely 10 minute walk in to town . It was obvious that Martin & Maria are very proud of their lovely Guest house & rightly so, We would not hesitate in highly recommend this place & we will definitely be returning one day Paul & Denise x

The hosts or owners were very nice people, the service were excellent. The only thing really was the towels smelled like they were not washed at all but were just folded after use. After I used one of them the smell stayed in my skin and so I took a shower once more and just used my clean shirt to dry me because all the towels smelled the same. I was sad but I did not want to hurt the owners because they were extra nice
