Checked in late THUR night only to find bedbugs. Front staff woman barely engaged during check in and was extremely unfriendly. Interior ceiling light was full of bugs as well. We were refunded our 3 night/4 day stay through Hotels.com. Working now on getting refund from Hotels.com.

The Manager on Duty upon check-in was extremely rude and dismissive of us during our check-in process. Will definitely reconsider staying there next time in the area.

This is not our first time to stay at this location. We were here almost a year ago. This . We were pleased at the comfort level and convenient location. We stayed in a kitchenette suite which supplied substantial sized appliances, which felt up-to-date and well maintained. Overall, the room had a very comfortable decor and layout. The hotel feels very kept up and as we were leaving, the cleaning staff was everywhere doing what seem to be a very diligent job at keeping up cleanliness and sanitizing areas that were well traffic. We will definitely be back again.

The rooms, hotel, and property were VERY clean! Much nicer than anticipated. I would gladly stay here again! The only issue was the night girl was incredibly unwelcoming. She was not nice, very dry, gave zero helpful info when asked. Otherwise, hotel was amazing.
