Lovely stay at Bendecir with my mom. The room faces a busy street, with awesome accessibility to the water puppet show and Ngoc Son temple. Great spacious room and nice sky roof breakfast in the mornings. The service by the team is excellent too.

Staff are friendly with a smile! Place is clean and nice, elevator quiet small and close fast if you don't go in. Over roof top is an amazing place for a view and breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants around the area as well?

This is our first trip to Hanoi, the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Whenever we need any directions for recommendation, the staffs are most willing to help. We felt very homely in the hotel. Everyday we were met with warm smile from every staff be it we enter or leave the hotel. Breakfast was good and was served with personal preference. The staffs send us off with a warm smile as we left for airport. This is the hotel that I highly recommended, as we enjoyed our stay during our 6 days in Hanoi.

The lift (1 only) is frustratingly slow and the air conditioning although functional was problematic with you regularly having to turn off and on again to reset. Overall this was a great basic hotel in a really convenient location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even with our very late arrival and early departure time. They helped coordinate our airport transfer and were extremely prompt and responsive in answering our questions. The breakfast buffet was a great perk. The rooms were in good condition, although it was (as expected) a bit humid inside. Overall this was a good option for our overnight stay.

The stuff are very friendly and helpful. Room are clean and comfortable. Only feedback is we have a family room for 4 and will be good to have 2 toilets instead of 1 will be ideal. The hotel location at Old Quarter is very convenient and is walking distance to popular lake and night market street. If you are aiming for true Vietnam experience is a great place to stay.

We love the Bendecir. The room was clean, comfortable, modern, and quiet. But above all, it was the staff that will bring us back time and again. They are warm, respectful, and very personable. They treat you like they know you personally, and as if you were their only and most important guests.

The staff went above and beyond. My cousin had a problem with her visa and was stuck in Tokyo. The staff was able to get it fixed in a day. The breakfast is amazing and different everyday. My only complaint is the rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy if you a light sleeper.
