Great stay when you have an early flight

We booked for one night because of an early flight. The hotel is really great with lots of facilities. There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport every 30 minutes. And we were even upgraded to an apartment

This is a great hotel. Close to airport with free hotel shuttle which is great easy to get to the city. They have a major issue with service in the restaurants-this needs to get tightened up. Great stay!

Very satisfied

Super friendly staff (reception) who made something as simple as just checking in and out next level. We only stayed one night and chose the hotel because of the closeness to the airport and we took the shuttle bus (located right outside the airport, easy to find). The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I’m passing through.

Luxury at a reasonable price

We had booked a twin room and ended up having a whole apartment. The service was great, staff very friendly and helpful, the pool was wonderful of a long day of walking. The beds were so comfortable and it was great to have a fridge for drinks and snacks. The Skybar had very delicious food, great service and nice view. The garden was lovely to walk in and it was fun to get up close and personal with a Boeing 747 in the garden. It was also great service with the shuttle bus to and from the airport. L will definitely stay here again if i need accommodation near the airport.

Over all positive. Generous room in the Apartments. Clean and very comfortable beds. trainees at check in meant that it took a little longer to process booking. Staff felt like they were under a little pressure at times, especially during meal service. Fintness and spa facilities good. Food at the bistro excellent. Buffet breakfast had good variety, great allergen bar.

We booked the Urban, but were actually given an Apartment which was amazing. Modern clean and spacious. Only issue was being given a double bed not a twin room as booked. Fortunately we are sisters it was a very late check in so we didn’t say anything.! Breakfast was fabulous and served until 11am and we also used the pool and sauna. Would definitely book again. Also excellent shuttle service.
