"Beds were comfortable, shower pressure was good, easy to park, WIFI worked, it was quiet and there was a lovely restaurant opposite which was convenient for dinner. We were in room 7: Toilet didn’t flush, air conditioning didn’t work, the floor was marked and needed a proper clean (not just a mop), there were no curtains so it got light early as there were roller shutters that didn’t block the light, I had to ask for towels as we hadn’t been provided any, no door to the bathroom-a shower curtain had been nailed to the door frame, litter all the over the parking area and in the shrubs. The whole place needs some maintenance and love!"

"Stayed here before a few years ago, building is clean and tidy outside and inside. Room was clean and freshly cleaned. The bed was imaculate, which is most important. The bathroom was clean but the shower could do with a refurbishment or deep clean as a bit shabby around the edges. Nearby are many places to eat, all within easy walking distance and one right next door. I will use them again wgen on holiday in the region as good value👍"

"We truly loved this hotel, it is conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our room was extraordinary, it was located on the fourth floor overlooking the town center. The sunset was fabulous on each night of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel, everything was perfect!"

"Great property in a nice and quiet location, in walking distance to city center and restaurants/shops. Room feels luxurious and comfortable, very quiet air-conditioning. Last but not least, breakfast is included with all rooms and it is a very good breakfast where they don’t skimp out on the croissants, baguettes, fruit and cereals. Would absolutely recommend and stay again."

"Such a unique place. Super nice staff. Just a wonderful experience. There is no elevator, so pack light, but the stairway is worth the climb. You’ll know what I mean once you’ve seen it. ;-) Highly recommended!"

"We booked another hotel to stay in that advertised A/C. They of course did not have it. We found two rooms in this establishment which fit the bill. The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to book here again. "

"There was a sign in the kitchen asking that you clean your dishes before leaving, or there will be an additional charge. There were no cleaning supplies in the apartment. I was told at reception I could purchase a cleaning kit for €4 so that I could clean my dishes, in order to avoid being charged for not cleaning my dishes. Any complaints have to be put in writing and sent to their office in Paris by registered post."

"The rooms are clean and modern and larger than some considering it is a stop-over hotel. There was hardly anyone else staying in the hotel. It has good bus links to the centre. "

"Our fourth stop here. Gets better everytime. The staff on reception are very friendly and welcoming and also remembered us 😀 Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again."

"Quiet and decorated in a modern, bougie style. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Parking is a bit unusual as it isn't paved nor marked and you just park in amongst the trees where you can. Price was very reasonable and there are many dining and grocery options in the near vicinity. Central Orleans is about 10-15 minutes drive."
